Tofu and I have never really clicked. I’ve given it several chances, but I’m not someone who has ever really jumped onto the tofu bandwagon. However this smoothie has given me pause and I think I may have to reconsider… If you are one of those people who gets on with tofu like a house on fire, or maybe just one of those people looking to test out something new, try this tofu berry smoothie – it is super delicious!
Tasteful Tofu Berry Smoothie
- 250mL coconut milk
- 150g soft tofu
- 1 1/2 cup frozen berries
